Application Access Agreement
This Application Access Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between the user ("You") and KINEMICS ("Company") host, collectively referred to as the "Parties".
1. Grant of Access
Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Company grants You a non-exclusive right to access and use the Application for the sole purposes of requesting permits (ONLY) for the instructed facility.
2. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for all activity occurring under your ACCESSS, you shall abide by all applicable local, state laws, and regulations in connection with your use of the Application.

By accessing or using the application, You agree with the terms of this Agreement.
